01The Opportunity

LandCal Logistics had momentum. Recently recognized on the Inc. 5000 list of America’s fastest-growing private companies, the company had built a strong reputation, loyal customer relationships, and meaningful brand equity.

But as the business grew, its brand and digital presence hadn’t kept pace.

The opportunity wasn’t to reinvent LandCal. It was to sharpen what already made the company successful: clarifying its position in the market, modernizing its identity, and building a stronger foundation for its next stage of growth.

02The Process

We started by digging into the business: LandCal’s customers, competitors, culture, capabilities, and vision for the future. One theme consistently rose to the surface. In a logistics industry becoming increasingly automated and impersonal, LandCal had built its reputation by doing the opposite: prioritizing relationships, proactive communication, and genuinely caring about the businesses behind every shipment.

03The Solution

From there, we developed LandCal’s positioning and messaging, evolved the existing visual identity, and translated the strategy across the customer experience: from brand applications to a completely redesigned website.

The result is a more focused LandCal built around a clear position: Relationship-First Logistics.

Rather than abandoning the equity of the existing brand, we evolved it with a more sophisticated visual system, clearer messaging, and a digital experience that better reflects the scale and capabilities of the company today.

The new website brings LandCal’s services, industries, capabilities, and personality together under one cohesive story: giving the company a stronger platform to support its continued growth while preserving the human approach that made it successful in the first place.
