The Opportunity

For decades, Lexington Rescue Mission has served as one of Central Kentucky's most respected and recognizable nonprofit organizations. As the Mission prepared to transition into a newly expanded facility, leadership recognized an opportunity to refresh the organization's brand while honoring the trust, recognition, and community goodwill that had been built over many years.

The challenge was finding the right balance between modernization and preservation. The existing brand carried significant equity within the community, and any changes needed to respect the organization's history while positioning it for the future.

With expanded facilities, growing programs, and a renewed vision for serving those experiencing homelessness and hardship, the Mission needed a visual identity that better reflected the scale of its impact and the next chapter of its story.

The Goal

We partnered with Lexington Rescue Mission to execute a thoughtful brand refresh designed to modernize the organization's appearance without losing the recognition and familiarity that supporters had come to trust.
