The Opportunity

The Child Care Council of Kentucky had a strong reputation and a long history of supporting child care providers, families, and communities throughout the Commonwealth. With new leadership in place and a clear vision for the future, the organization recognized an opportunity to modernize its brand and strengthen how it communicated its mission.

Over time, the existing brand had become dated and no longer fully reflected the professionalism, impact, and forward-thinking direction of the organization. Leadership wanted to create a more cohesive identity that would resonate with today's audiences while providing a stronger foundation for future growth and outreach efforts.

The goal was not simply a visual refresh: it was to establish a clearer, more recognizable brand that better represented the organization's role as a statewide leader in child care advocacy, education, and support.

The Process

Our engagement began with messaging development and strategic planning designed to clarify the organization's role and value proposition. From there, we developed a refreshed brand identity and redesigned the website to improve accessibility, navigation, and user experience.
